Viewing Ready furnishes for mid term, corporate, relocation, travelling clinician, and similar 30 plus day stays. We do not sell nightly Airbnb or VRBO starter kits. About 25 miles from IKEA Tampa, 1103 N 22nd St. Downtown and central St. Petersburg can sit inside after a map check. Beach towns and far Pinellas edges are usually out. Outside the envelope we quote only if we take the job.

Survey
We measure, check stairs, lifts, parking, and wall type. Honest access notes save a wasted trip.
Accept, then we order
Enquire on the Quote page with photos and room dimensions. After you accept, payment is by invoice or a private payment link. Then we order. We do not ask you to assemble.
Install and handover
Goods to the property, assemble, dress, broom clean. You get a record of what was installed so you can list. Empty to let ready in 7 days is a target, subject to survey, stock, and access. Not a guaranteed delivery date and not an SLA.
Own versus lease for your owners
Many owners lease furniture for each assignment and restart rent on sofas every time. For a door you plan to keep in the 30 plus day lane, an owned pack often beats that loop.
