Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company, Sunbiz L26000261819, ACTIVE. Registered agent: Israel, Joshua, Miami Beach, FL. All business on this website is done by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Joshua Israel Ventures LLC.

Viewing Ready is a brand owned by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. It is not a separate company or legal entity, it is not a DBA or fictitious name, and it is not Joshua Israel personally. No fictitious name or DBA has been filed, and Viewing Ready is not a registered trademark.

What we do

Viewing Ready furnishes Tampa Bay rentals let for 30 days or more. We specify, order, deliver and install new furniture from retail suppliers. The service is for small landlords with about 1 to 10 doors, often through independent property managers. This is not a Miami service and not an Orlando city short term rental service.

Service area (operating definition, not a legal address for service of process): Tampa Bay, Florida, within about 25 miles of IKEA Tampa, 1103 N 22nd St. Jobs outside that area are quoted only if we accept them in writing.

Quotes

There is no online purchase on this website and there are no public prices. Every job is quote only. Send room photos and dimensions through the contact form, by email, or on WhatsApp. We email back a sample render of furniture we can actually order, with a private written quote. Quote requests and contact forms do not charge a card.

Packs: Studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed, and Premium. An optional 2 bed listing kit is quoted privately if offered.

Payment

The merchant of record is Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. Viewing Ready is a brand only, not a separate company or DBA. Payment after an accepted quote is by invoice or a private payment link. Private payment links are hosted by Stripe.

Payment terms: Payment is due as set out in your written quote. There are no public list prices. We start work and order furniture only after you accept the quote and we receive payment.

Delivery target

We aim to take a unit from empty to ready to let in 7 days. That is a target, subject to your quote, retailer stock and access. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Goods and work

New domestic furniture from retailers, assembled and lightly dressed for listing photographs. The exact items are set out in your quote. If an item is unavailable, we tell you about any substitution before we order.

Not included unless your quote says so: appliances, electrical or building work, custom pieces, and work outside the service area.

Insurance and liability for each job are set out in your written quote. This site does not claim that we hold insurance. We do not keep a warehouse of owned stock. We do not claim a filed trademark.

Photographs and reviews

Images on this site are examples only. Designs vary by property and stock. Your actual room design is sent privately after you send photos of the unit. We may keep job photos as a record of condition. Marketing use needs your permission. We will not invent reviews.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost rent, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this website or its content. For a job you accept, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, unless your written quote says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
