Studio, 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed and Premium. Delivery and install inside the stated Tampa Bay radius (about 25 miles from IKEA Tampa) are part of the job when we quote. Contemporary is the default style unless you say otherwise. Pack figures below are pre-tax, plus Florida/local sales tax, and still final after survey. Premium remains pricing after survey.

For small landlords (1–10 doors)
An empty Tampa Bay unit is rent you do not get back. We measure, specify, order, deliver, assemble, dress for photos and leave the property broom-clean. Aimed at 30+ day furnished housing — not Miami, and not an Orlando city short-term rental pitch.
For independent property managers
Offer this to a landlord on an unfurnished instruction. We collect keys from your office or a lockbox. We do not pitch your landlords behind your back. White-label in the photos if you want your board in shot; we still do the labour.
