How to complain

1. Write to joshofisrael@yahoo.com or WhatsApp +1 (248) 762-5870 (WhatsApp only. Not a voice first line). Tell us the property ZIP, what was quoted or installed, and what you want put right. This covers complaints about a quote, a payment or our work.
2. We acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
3. If we cannot resolve it, you remain free to use any other route open to you by law.
