Styles

Four looks. Same pack sizes.

Every Viewing Ready pack can be specified in one of four looks: Contemporary, Scandinavian, Traditional or Luxury. Contemporary is the default. The other three are colour and textile directions on the same Studio to 3 bed lists. Premium is a heavier direction. We do not run a showroom.

The four looks

Contemporary (default)

Neutral colours and simple shapes. A calm, easy to read room in listing photos, which suits most guests on stays of a month or more.

Scandinavian

Lighter wood tones, pale textiles and pared back pieces for rooms that should feel bright and open.

Traditional

Warmer colours and more classic textiles, cushions and rugs for owners who want a homelier feel.

Luxury

Richer colours and textures in rugs, curtains and dressing on the same furniture list. For heavier pieces throughout, ask about the Premium pack.

Exact pieces depend on what we can order from stocked lines when you accept your quote. Photos on this site are samples of what a pack can look similar to, not finished client jobs.

Choosing a style for a 30 plus day rental

Guests on longer stays judge a unit on whether it works from day one: a bed they can sleep in, a table, seating and a usable kitchen. Travelling nurses, corporate housing guests and MacDill PCS arrivals all fit that pattern, which is why Contemporary is the default. Choose another look when it suits the building or the photos you want to list with.

The style sits on top of the pack size you pick: Studio, 1 bed, 2 bed or 3 bed. Compare them on Tampa rental furniture packs, and see how Tampa rental furnishing works for what is and is not included. The photos to send before a quote guide explains what we need to render your rooms.

Quick answers

Which style is the default?

Contemporary. If you do not choose a style we specify Contemporary for every room in the pack.

Does the style change what is in the pack?

No. Studio to 3 bed packs keep the same furniture list in every style. The style changes colours, finishes and textiles. Premium is a heavier direction specified after survey.

Can I see my rooms in the style before I accept?

Yes. Send photos and room dimensions and we email a sample render of your rooms with furniture we can order, plus a private quote. Nothing is ordered until you accept.
