Who is responsible for your data

Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through viewingready.com. Viewing Ready is a brand owned by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, not a separate company. Privacy contact: joshuaofisrael@gmail.com. Company details are in the Terms.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, room dimensions if you give them, and your message.
Quote form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, property address, property type, intended use, number of doors, preferred contact method, room dimensions if you give them, and any message.
Photos and details you send us: room photos or other details you choose to send by email or WhatsApp.
Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts pageviews and visits in aggregate. It does not set cookies.
Device storage: one necessary preference in your browser so the cookie notice stays hidden after you dismiss it.

This site has no advertising cookies, no affiliate cookies, no social media pixels and no marketing trackers, and it does not run Google AdSense or any other ads.

How the forms work

Both forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit may show its own spam check page before delivery, and its own privacy terms apply to that service.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, prepare your sample render and private quote, deliver and support any job you accept, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Who processes it

FormSubmit (form delivery), our email provider (receiving and storing messages), WhatsApp if you contact us there, and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting on Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Web Analytics). Private payment links after an accepted quote are hosted by Stripe.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job details for as long as we need them to answer you and handle any job, and for as long as tax or other laws require. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

UK and EU privacy rights (GDPR)

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR may apply to your data.

Lawful basis: we use enquiry and quote details to take steps you ask for before a contract and to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Aggregate analytics without cookies rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (Article 6(1)(f)).
Your rights: you can ask to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict it, receive a copy, and object to how we use it. Email joshuaofisrael@gmail.com.
Complaints: you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the data protection authority in your EU country.
International transfers: Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States. If you send us information from the UK or the EU, it is transferred to the US. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

US state privacy rights

Depending on where you live in the United States, state privacy laws may give you the right to know what personal information we hold, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email joshuaofisrael@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Cookies and analytics

The only thing this site stores on your device is a necessary preference, so the cookie notice stays hidden after you dismiss it. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures pageviews without cookies. See the cookie notice.

Photos

We may keep job photos as a record of condition. Marketing use needs your permission. We will not invent testimonials.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update this notice. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
