Cancellation and returns

Quotes and orders

Quote requests and contact forms do not place an order or charge a card. An order starts only when you accept your written quote and we receive payment.

Cancellation, collection and refunds

Cancellation: If you cancel before we order furniture, we refund you in full, less any supplier costs that cannot be refunded. Those costs are stated in your quote. Once items are ordered, each retailer's return policy and any restocking fees apply, as stated in your quote.
Collection cost: Any collection or removal charge is stated in your written quote. There are no hidden fees.
Refunds, if any, use the same payment method where the law requires it. Payment terms: Payment is due as set out in your written quote. There are no public list prices. We start work and order furniture only after you accept the quote and we receive payment.

This notice does not limit any rights you have by law.
