What to send for an accurate quote

  • The property ZIP or street, and whether you are the owner or the property manager.
  • Pack size: Studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed or Premium.
  • One or two photos of each empty room, taken from the doorway in daylight.
  • Rough room sizes and ceiling height, plus anything to keep, such as an existing bed or dining set.
  • Access notes: floor level, elevator or stairs, parking, and any building delivery rules.
  • Your target listing or move in date.
