Viewing Ready is a furnishing service for empty Tampa Bay rentals. We specify, deliver and install complete packs so small landlords and independent property managers can photograph, list and show units for 30 plus day furnished stays.

What we do

We furnish whole units, not single rooms. Each pack covers beds, seating, dining, storage, textiles and kitchen and bath basics for a Studio, 1 bed, 2 bed or 3 bed rental, with a heavier Premium direction specified after survey. You own the furniture once it is installed. It is not a lease or a subscription. The steps from first photos to install are set out in how Tampa rental furnishing works.

Who we work with

Small landlords with about 1 to 10 doors, and the independent property managers who look after them. Owners can start with 30 plus day furnished packs for Tampa owners. Managers can read furniture packs for Tampa property managers, which covers keys, access and white label photos.

The guests these rentals serve stay a month or more: travelling nurses, corporate housing guests, MacDill PCS arrivals and USF visiting scholars. We do not furnish for nightly short term rental.

Where we work

About 25 miles from IKEA Tampa, 1103 N 22nd St. That takes in Tampa, South Tampa, Brandon, Riverview and downtown St Petersburg. Not Miami. Not Orlando city short term rental.

How we keep it honest

  • Quote only. There are no public prices because every unit differs. Send photos and room dimensions and we email a sample render of your rooms with furniture we can order, plus a private quote.
  • Photos on this site are samples of what a pack can look similar to. They are not photos of finished client jobs.
  • No invented reviews or testimonials. Marketing use of any job photo needs the owner's permission.
  • Timing, insurance and liability are set out in your written quote and the Terms. The 7 day turnaround is a target, not a promise.
