How a Viewing Ready pack gets installed

Enquire first with photos and room dimensions. We email a sample render of your rooms with furniture we can order, plus a private quote. We order after you accept.   1. Enquiry

    Tell us the ZIP, size (Studio to 3 bed or Premium), whether you are the landlord or the independent property manager, room photos, and room dimensions (length, width, ceiling height where you know them).

  2. Survey

    We measure, photograph empty rooms, check ceiling height, elevator, stairs, parking and wall type. You (or the manager) arrange access.

  3. Specification

    We confirm the pack, style (Contemporary unless you choose Scandinavian, Traditional or Luxury), and an estimated install window. Empty to let ready in 7 days is a target, not a promise.

  4. Quote

    We pick furniture we can order from stocked domestic lines, build a sample render of your rooms with that furniture, and email the quote with the render, the furniture list, and a private price. After you accept we source new goods, then deliver and install. We do not ask you to assemble.

  5. Delivery and install

    Goods to the property. We assemble, wall fix tall units where required and the wall is suitable, remove packaging we can take, and light dress for listing photos.

  6. Handover

    You get a record of what was installed. Managers can list. We may photograph for our job file. Marketing use of photos needs your permission.

How long does a Viewing Ready install take?

We target about 7 days from accepted quote to a let ready unit. That is a target, not a promise: it depends on the survey, stock and building access, and we confirm an install window in writing before you set a listing date.

What do I need to send to start?

The property ZIP, the pack size (Studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed or Premium), whether you are the landlord or the property manager, a photo of each room and rough room dimensions. Exact measurements are taken at the survey.

Do I have to assemble anything?

No. We deliver, assemble, wall fix tall units where the wall is suitable, take away the packaging we can, and light dress the rooms for listing photos.

Is the furniture rented or owned?

Owned. The furniture is yours once it is installed. It is not a lease or a subscription, and there is no monthly fee.

Where do you install?

Tampa Bay addresses within about 25 miles of IKEA Tampa, for rentals of 30 days or more. Send the ZIP and we confirm before quoting.
