What to send before we quote a Tampa furniture pack
By Viewing Ready · 4 September 2026

In short: Before a Viewing Ready quote, send wide photos of every empty room, photos of stairs, hallways, elevators and parking, plus the ZIP, unit size, whether you are the landlord or a property manager, and when the unit needs to be liveable. A rough floor plan with wall lengths helps. We reply with a sample layout and a private quote.
A common first question from Tampa landlords is simple: what do you need from me before a quote is even useful? The short answer is not a signed form. It is a few honest photographs and a couple of facts about the unit.
Start with wide shots of every empty room. Stand in a doorway if you can. Show the living room, each bedroom, the dining area if there is one, and the kitchen as it sits today. Closeups of a corner do not help. We need to see how the room turns, where the windows sit, and whether a sofa would block a walkway people actually use.

Then photograph the awkward bits. Stairs, landings, elevators, narrow hallways, and the parking spot where a delivery van would wait. A king bed that will not bend around a stairwell is not a luxury upgrade; it is a return trip. If there is a lockbox or a property manager who holds keys, say so. Access notes save more time than another polished listing photo.
Add the basics in writing. ZIP code, Studio through 3 bed size, whether you are the landlord or an independent PM, and roughly when the unit needs to be liveable for a 30 plus day stay. If you already know you want Contemporary or another look, mention it. If you do not, Contemporary is the default and we can still adjust softs later. Pack guides live on the packages page. Pricing after survey.
A floor plan is helpful when you have one, even a rough sketch with wall lengths. Phone laser measures are fine. We are not asking for a surveyor report on day one. We are trying to avoid ordering a sofa that cannot clear the door. That is also why the pictures on this site are examples only. Designs may vary. The real layout is sent privately once we have seen your rooms, not pulled from a catalogue shot.
You do not need a deposit promise that install lands on a fixed calendar day. Enquire for a sample render quote when you are ready; photos first still helps. “Empty to ready to let in 7 days” remains a target, subject to stock, access, and what the photos actually show. Outside about 25 miles of IKEA Tampa on N 22nd Street we only quote if the job still makes sense.
If you already skimmed what to furnish first, treat this note as the step before that. Photos first, then priorities, then a sample render and private quote. WhatsApp or email is enough to start. Enquire with photos and room dimensions when you are ready.
