What this business is
When live, Viewing Ready would specify, order, deliver and install a furnished pack for 30+ day furnished stays. Customers in view: small landlords with about 1–10 doors, reached through independent property managers. This is not a Miami product and not an Orlando city short-term rental pitch.
Service area (operating definition, not a legal service-of-process address): Tampa Bay, Florida, about 25 miles from IKEA Tampa, 1103 N 22nd St. Jobs outside that envelope are quoted only if we accept them in writing. Not Miami. Not Orlando city short-term rental.
Orders, payment, tax
This website does not take payment. Forms are disabled. There is no checkout.
Draft pack ladder (pre-tax, plus Florida/local sales tax, still final after survey, not live): Studio $5,950, 1-bed $8,450, 2-bed $11,950, 3-bed $14,950. Premium remains pricing after survey. Optional 2-bed listing kit $7,500 is not a lead pack.
Payment terms, deposits, and refund mechanics are [PAYMENT TERMS] — unset. Do not collect money until US sales-tax, entity, insurance and payment-processing work is done and the owner approves.
Delivery target
Marketing line: “Empty to let-ready in 7 days.” That is a target, subject to survey, retailer stock and access. It is not a guaranteed delivery date and not a warranty of time.
Goods and work
New domestic furniture from retailers, assembled and lightly dressed for listing photographs. Exact SKUs after survey. Substitutions if a line is unavailable, told to you before we order (when live).
Not included unless a later quote says so: appliances, electrical or building work, made-to-order pieces, work outside the stated area.

Photographs and reviews
Images on this site are examples only. Designs may vary by property, stock, and survey. We will not treat them as a completed job or a guaranteed look. Actual room designs are sent privately after the client provides photos of the unit. Job-file photos may be kept for condition. Marketing use needs your permission. We will not invent reviews.
