How a Viewing Ready pack gets installed

We order after you pay — when this business is live. Product is 30+ day furnished housing for small landlords and independent property managers. This draft site does not take payment.

Target 7 days, subject to survey, stock and access — not a guarantee.

  1. Enquiry

    Tell us the ZIP, size (Studio to 3-bed or Premium), and whether you are the landlord or the independent property manager. We say if it sits about 25 miles from IKEA Tampa, 1103 N 22nd St.

  2. Survey

    We measure, photograph empty rooms, check ceiling height, elevator, stairs, parking and wall type. You (or the manager) provide honest access notes.

  3. Specification

    We confirm the pack, style (Contemporary unless you choose Scandinavian, Traditional or Luxury), and an estimated install window. Pricing after survey. Substitutions if stock moves.

  4. Order

    When live, payment terms will be stated before you are bound. Quoted figures will be plus Florida/local sales tax once priced. After you order we source new goods from retailers, then deliver and install. We do not ask you to assemble.

  5. Delivery and install

    Goods to the property. We assemble, wall-fix tall units where required and the wall is suitable, remove packaging we can take, dress for photos, broom-clean.

  6. Handover

    You get a record of what was installed. Managers can list. We may photograph for our job file. Marketing use of photos needs your permission. We will not invent reviews.

If we cannot get in, stock fails, or the rooms are not as described, the estimate moves. We do not promise a fixed 7-day legal delivery date.
